About the Role:We're hiring a Senior Director of Product Design to lead the design of the platform and design system that every Dow Jones B2B product is built on: Factiva, Risk & Compliance, Geopolitical Risk, and NewsWires.You'll lead a team of designers that work with product and engineering to deliver our Dow Jones Platform, and report to the VP of Product Design for B2B.

Set the navigation, data, and interaction patterns every product inherits — and decide when to hold the line and when to give product teams room to override.Lead, senior team. Hire, coach, and protect a team of designers who can operate as system-thinkers and credible partners to product leads across Factiva, Risk & Compliance, Geopolitical Risk,



and NewsWires.You Have:15+ years of product design experience with 7+ years in senior leadership, with a track record of leading teams of varying sizes.
