They are looking for a Tech Lead to take technical ownership of the backend systems powering an AI-driven automation platform. Own technical direction and architecture across key backend systems Design and scale distributed, event-driven microservices using Go, AWS and Kafka Strong backend experience with Go or Python Experience with distributed systems, microservices and Kafka Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD Strong SQL & NoSQL database knowledge Previous experience mentoring engineers or acting as a Tech Lead Interview Process: 3 stages Spain / Europe (Remote) Tech Lead – Backend | Spain (Remote) | Golang, AWS, Kafka | Up to €95K
