TECHNICAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

We are looking for a hands-on leader to oversee our project portfolio across residential, and commercial sectors. You will align teams, clear roadblocks, and keep every build running on time and on budget.

Who you need to be

Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. You should be an excellent communicator in both English and Spanish, have a strong personality when dealing with multiple stakeholders and comfortable managing multiple tasks. you also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.

What You'll Do

Project Management & Delivery: Align Project Managers, standardize workflows, and keep build milestones on track. Push internal and external teams to hit deadlines, clear bottlenecks, and manage project admin, docs, and billing.

Admin, Legal & Compliance: Oversee project paperwork, legal obligations, and administrative deadlines. Handle notifications from public bodies, work with legal to mitigate risks, and partner with cross-functional teams to secure First Occupancy Licenses (LPO).

Stakeholder & Public Relations: Act as the main liaison with public authorities, regulatory bodies, and town halls. Build strong connections with partners, technical teams, and local communities, and represent the company on governing boards.





Team Leadership: Build and guide our Project Management technical office, bringing multidisciplinary teams together to streamline workflows and drive results.
