Reporting to the Quality Department, the Quality Technician is the hands-on role that keeps our quality controls running day to day; inspecting materials and cells, operating laboratory and measurement equipment, recording reliable data, and supporting the Quality Engineers in problem-solving and continuous improvement across our production lines.

Main functions:
- Perform incoming (IQC), in-process and final inspections of raw materials, components and cells according to inspection standards and control plans.
- Operate, verify and maintain precision measurement and laboratory test equipment (thickness gauges, optical microscope, Tensile tester, Karl Fischer, pH-meter, conductometer, others).
- Manage calibration and verification schedules for measurement and test equipment, keeping records up to date.
- Record and maintain inspection and test data in quality databases ensuring full traceability.
- Adhere to and ensure 5S and safety protocols within the laboratory work environment.
- Help to identify problems within the materials, analysis or instrumentation.



And be able to perform troubleshooting.
- Help write, update and control work instructions, inspection standards, control instructions and quality records.
- Collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams (production, engineering, R&D;, supply chain).
