As Sales Manager for Iberia, you drive growth across Spain and Portugal by shaping wholesale strategy and managing key customer relationships. You’ll act as the brand’s main commercial representative in Iberia, collaborating with partners and internal teams to strengthen Napapijri’s presence. You will lead market execution, forecast performance, and explore new distribution opportunities to deliver profitable growth. This role offers impact across a renowned outdoor and lifestyle brand within a global organization.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and execute the commercial strategy for Spain and Portugal
• Drive sales growth and profitability in the Wholesale channel
• Manage strategic accounts including El Corte Inglés and other key customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and distribution partnerships
• Negotiate annual agreements and commercial plans with key accounts
• Manage external agents and ensure strong market execution
• Drive forecasting accuracy, account planning and pre-book performance
• Expand concession and consignment opportunities across Iberia
• Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Digital and Finance teams
• Lead and develop the Iberian commercial network to achieve objectives
Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of sales leadership experience within Fashion, Lifestyle, Sportswear or Premium Consumer Brands
• Strong Wholesale experience across Spain and Portugal
• Proven experience managing key accounts and strategic partnerships
• Experience with concession business models and major retail partners
• Strong business development, negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong analytical and financial acumen
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
• Fluent English and native-level Spanish
• Portuguese would be considered a plus
