Lea todos los detalles a continuación y presente su candidatura hoy mismo.We are looking for a Quality & Sourcing Manager to lead and optimize the organization's quality and environmental strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting sustainable practices that reflect the company's commitment to excellence and sustainability in the fashion industry.ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with current legislation and best practices, ensuring that any new legislative changes are included in the Standards.Manage and analyze product returns to identify trends and areas for improvement.Collaborate closely with production and quality control teams to implement effective solutions.Develop excellent business relations with Suppliers to adopt best practices.Ensure consistency of quality and environmental standards across the supply chain.Laboratories Strategy:



Define and homologate internal and external laboratories.Implement processes needed for Quality Management Systems or reduce the environmental impact. Define SOPs to update the process to the new regulations and standardsDefine the raw materials and finished products testing lists per seasonImplement nonconformity procedure for raw materials and finished products. Assure all nonconformity is solved in time.Manage product certificationsImplement Social Audits procedure in Tier 1 & 2Budget managementRequirements & SkillsBachelor degree in Industrial/Materials/Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or Business Administration. xkdbapo Excellent communication and people management skillsAnalytical skills to interpret data and propose solutionsFluent in English & SpanishHay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto.
