Responsibilities
- Cash Management & Forecasting
- Monitor daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts
- Prepare short‑term and long‑term cash flow forecasts, ensuring optimal liquidity and funding
- Banking Operations
- Execute payments, manage bank interfaces, and ensure timely processing of transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain banking documentation and support KYC processes
- Post treasury‑related transactions, support foreign exchange operations (FX deals, hedging, revaluation), and assist in month‑end closing
- Ensure compliance with controls and accounting standards, collaborate with finance teams to mitigate financial risks
- Reporting & Automation
- Generate treasury reports, support management and audit with process data and documentation
- Support TMS and ERP integration, participate in system upgrades, testing, and automation initiatives

Qualifications
- Successfully completed education with a focus on treasury and/or have relevant professional experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of MS Excel,



SAP S/4HANA and Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba, FIS, SAP Treasury, or similar)
- Analytical mindset, ability to recognize process/system deficiencies, propose and drive improvements
- Understanding of the financial background of Treasury operations: knowledge of financial instruments, cash flow, FX, banking products, IFRS principles related to Treasury
- Structured, autonomous working style and hands‑on mentality
- Fluent in English (additional European language an asset) and able to work in a multinational, complex matrix organization
