AIRE Ancient Baths is hiring a Recruiter to own the full recruitment cycle for our Barcelona and Vallromanes operational teams. You will source, assess, and place exceptional talent while reflecting the brand’s warmth and hospitality across every candidate touchpoint.
You will partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs, build a proactive pipeline, and manage candidate experiences in a fast-paced, multi-site setting. Fluency in English, Spanish and Catalan is required.
