you will:-Provide technical support and assistance to customers via e-mail and phone. -Addresses, responds and resolves to customer inquiries on products and services, including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting and maintenance. -Provide response in a timely manner to customers queries and focuses on building close long-term client relationships. We are looking for a passionate candidate with a high sense of Teamwork. Key Responsibilities & Tasks: - Delivers training to OEM´s and assemblers as per request and business needs. - Deploys high level knowledge in the market and collect information for corrective action & improvement. - Takes control of OEM´s claim by escalating to key company areas if necessary. - Coordinates with Supply Chain department for parts pick-ups and replacement shipments. - Guides customers through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and software and/or
