Didit is building a Barcelona-based in-office team and is seeking a recruiting leader to own end-to-end hiring and culture. You will source, screen, coordinate, and close hires, architect the candidate experience, and run delightful onboarding and events to strengthen the company culture.
You will report directly to the CEO, with responsibility for scaling talent across the world and shaping how we hire and how we operate as a fast-growing startup.
