This is a high-impact leadership role that will play a key part in accelerating business growth, strengthening commercial performance, and shaping the future of the organization in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Buying & Marketing organization in Spain and drive commercial performance across key categories.
* Develop and implement initiatives to improve sales performance and customer frequency.
* Analyze the current organization, identify capability gaps and build a stronger, more effective team.
* Lead supplier relationships, category strategy, assortment decisions and commercial planning.
* Ensure strong alignment between Buying, Category Management and Marketing activities.
* Optimize promotional plans and marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and drive impulse purchases.




* Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to improve profitability and business performance.
* Work closely with international stakeholders to ensure alignment with group strategy and best practices.

We are looking for a commercially driven leader with experience in:
* Buying and Category Management.
* Retail, FMCG or Consumer Goods environments.
* Commercial strategy and business development.
* Supplier negotiation and relationship management.
* Trade Marketing and promotional planning.
* Team leadership, coaching and organizational development.
* Driving transformation and performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements
* Proven experience in senior commercial leadership roles.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
* Hands-on leadership style with the ability to influence and execute.
* Experience managing cross-functional teams.
