- Establish go-live criteria, success metrics, best practices and scalable playbooks for new platforms and portfolio launches
- Incubate new eCommerce initiatives by coordinating setup, enabling regional teams and preparing structured handover process
- Govern global eCommerce standards across content quality, execution excellence and marketing investment performance
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across platforms, markets and customer segments
