You'll remain hands-on while providing technical direction across a small, high-impact engineering team, helping shape the architecture and future scalability of the platform.What You'll Do:Own technical direction and architecture across key backend systemsDesign and scale distributed, event-driven microservices using Go, AWS and KafkaLead technical decisions,
