We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team working on next-generation Digital Products for connected healthcare. You will act as agile mentor and facilitator for a cross-functional team, helping shape products that meet the demanding standards of our healthcare partners and customers.

Responsibilities
Work within an agile environment where teamwork is central to everything we do.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Data Analytics, IoMT, and design.
Take on the role of Scrum Master, agile mentor, and facilitator for team meetings and stakeholder communication.
Support the team and take ownership of the team's overall health.
Promote and develop the team's self-organizational abilities.
Challenge proposed solutions and help improve team processes.
Support, advise, and share knowledge with other team members.
Act as an internal change agent, driving the organization's shift toward more Agile, adaptive ways of working.

Requirements
2+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master in IT development.
Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hands-on application of Scrum and/or other Agile frameworks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to adapt to different audiences, including executives and customers.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems effectively.
Ability to drive change within your team and product scope.
Passion for agile topics,



with the drive to motivate the team and sustain momentum.
Strong organizational skills.
Experience with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, or similar.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Curiosity and openness to new technologies.

Considered a plus
Knowledge or experience with agile frameworks for scaling agile teams.
Experience working in a regulated environment.
