We are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to support a client environment in Barcelona.

This is a long-term, part-time requirement. You must be available to work onsite in Barcelona for two days every week throughout the full 12-month contract.

The environment uses Cisco Meraki network infrastructure, so we need someone with a strong background in networking who can confidently diagnose and resolve both end-user support and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities will include:
Providing onsite 1st and 2nd line technical support
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues
Troubleshooting within a Cisco Meraki network environment
Managing incidents through to resolution and escalating where required
Supporting users professionally within a client-facing environment




Maintaining clear records of incidents, resolutions and outstanding actions

We are looking for someone with:
At least three years’ experience in IT support and networking
Previous experience working at 2nd line level
Strong practical knowledge of network troubleshooting
Experience with Cisco Meraki infrastructure would be highly advantageous
The ability to work independently within a customer environment
Residence in Barcelona or within a realistic commuting distance
Availability to work onsite two days per week for the full 12-month contract
