About the Role

We are looking for a Project Operation Supervisor to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will contribute to boosting sales and driving the development of our tracker solutions in international projects. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct contract review, identify and sort out potential problems and risks in contract terms.
- Review and confirm delivery schedule by collaborating with Purchase and Logistic team to ensure schedule rationality and feasibility.
- Follow up the progress of BOM and engineering drawings released by Engineering team after contract countersigned;
- Track the progress of bank guarantee issuance and customer payment, and verify all pre-shipment conditions are fully met before delivery.
- Maintain regular communication and coordination with the headquarters, proactively follow up the overall progress of project production and shipment in Spain, promote efficient cross-departmental collaboration, timely handle abnormal issues and escalate major risks in accordance with management regulations to ensure on-time delivery against delivery targets and avoid LDs or extra costs.




- Release delivery instructions after pre-shipment conditions met and create SO based on loading list provided by Logistic team;
- Follow up the timely collection of delivery receipt documents, and complete the final revenue recognition procedures.
- Promote PMS system usage on those parts sourced from Spain.
- Complete other tasks assigned by leader.

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above
- Work Location: Based in Madrid, Spain
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations coordination with cross-cultural communication and coordination background

Technical Skills & Experience

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving mindset, and clear logic.
- Familiar with WORD, PPT and other office software, proficient in EXCEL operation.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, Chinese preferred.
