Rover is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Partnerships and Integrations in a hybrid Barcelona-based role, collaborating with teams in Barcelona and Seattle to integrate acquired brands and align roadmaps across Rover’s ecosystem.
You’ll own migration, go-live readiness, and governance for complex programs, with a data-driven mindset and a strong bias for reducing ambiguity through structured planning and AI-assisted tooling. Based in Barcelona, two days/week in the Poblenou office.
