Acting as a true change agent, you will lead Gemba walks, promote innovation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and accountability.Turn Data into ActionYou will establish, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), transforming operational data into actionable insights that support decision-making and drive continuous performance improvement at all levels of the organization.Empower and Develop High-Performing TeamsYou will lead, coach, and develop team members, strengthening capabilities, aligning priorities, and encouraging ownership of results. In addition, you will optimize workforce allocation, enhance team versatility,



and simplify and standardize processes to maximize operational performance.Build Strong Partnerships Across the Value ChainYou will collaborate closely with engineering, production, sales, purchasing, and other key functions to embed Lean principles across the organization. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and external stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration and driving value throughout the entire value chain.Who You Are:Lean & Continuous Improvement Expert:Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or similar) with strong knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.At least 5 years of proven experience driving Lean initiatives. Certifications such as Black, Green or Yellow Belt are a strong plus.Leadership CatalystA minimum of 3 years' experience managing teams and inspiring people toward shared goalsYou create clarity, resolve challenges, and build high-performing environmentsGlobal & Collaborative MindsetFluent in Spanish and advanced in English (C1 level) to collaborate across bordersExperience in multinational industrial or manufacturing environments is highly valuedStrategic Problem SolverStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into impactful decisionsYou think beyond the shop floor, connecting actions to broader business strategyContinuous Improvement MindsetYou challenge the status quo, prioritize effectively,
