WHAT WILL YOU DO?We are looking for adynamic, proactive and talented personto join our team and perform the followingtasks :Manage the server lifecycle, including deployment, updates, and decommissioning, following standard processes and documentation.Monitor and administer server hardware using remote management tools (iLO, iDRAC, XClarity), including reviewing alerts and logs.Support and manage virtualization environments (VMware, Nutanix), including VM deployment, administration, and basic cluster operations (HA, DRS).Provide technical support by troubleshooting incidents, managing vendor support cases, and performing basic root cause analysis (RCA).Ensure adherence to basic security practices, including user access control.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process documentation, and support basic automation and hardware maintenance activities.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Years' experience: minimum 5 years in a similar roleExperience working with servers remotely (ILO, iDRAC, XClarity, etc.)Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix)Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows server environmentsBasic understanding of physical server infrastructure (rack-mounted systems, components)Ability to perform hardware validation and basic troubleshootingFluent EnglishWHERE AND WHEN?Workplace: Madrid (Hybrid model)Work Schedule: Business HoursWHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?Permanent contract- We offerindefinite contractsfrom the first day.Pay and benefits-Competitive salaryand aflexible compensation planadapted to your needs (Ticket restaurant plan, Childcare Ticket, Transport Ticket and Health Insurance).Work from home - We offer you afinancial supportevery month for yourworking from home expenses .
