In this role, you will be actively involved in day-to-day tourist service and sales operations. Your daily tasks include:
- Providing comprehensive information about the tourist bus routes, schedules, stops, and points of interest throughout Palma.
- Selling tourist bus tickets as well as special combined offer packages (combos) designed for island visitors.
- Advising customers on the best ticket options tailored to their travel plans and preferences.




- Assisting international guests with friendly and professional customer service to ensure a seamless experience.
