At Grand Hyatt Barcelona, one of the city’s newest and most prestigious luxury hotels, we are looking for a professional, welcoming, and service-oriented Doorman to join our Front Office team.
In this role, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, creating exceptional first impressions and ensuring every arrival and departure is handled with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.

About the Role
As a Doorman, you will act as an ambassador of the Hyatt brand, welcoming guests, assisting with their needs, and ensuring a smooth and personalized experience from the moment they arrive.
This is an operational position with a rotating schedule, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to hotel operational needs. You will work closely with Front Office, Bell Attendants, Concierge, Guest Relations, and Security teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
