At Capitole, we are looking for an AI Engineer to join an exciting international project within a leading German automotive company .

You will play a key role in the evolution of conversational and agentic AI solutions, driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and ensuring their successful integration into a general enterprise environment.

What will you do?

- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define and deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Design and evolve the conversational AI platform strategy in alignment with enterprise architecture and IT guidelines.
- Lead proof of concepts (PoCs) and pilot initiatives to validate technologies, platforms, and architectural approaches.
- Identify and develop new conversational and agentic AI use cases with global business teams.
- Drive platform adoption and promote AI best practices across the organization.
- Manage relationships with technology providers and delivery partners.
- Ensure quality standards, technical governance, security compliance, and operational excellence.
- Lead integrations between AI solutions and the enterprise ecosystem.




- Guide architectural decisions and technology evolution initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, foundation models, and LLM-based solutions to drive innovation and business value.
- Ensure all developments align with corporate AI governance and responsible AI principles.
- Support security, administration, and operational processes related to AI platforms.

What are we looking for?

- 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Conversational AI, Software Engineering, or similar roles.
- Strong experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI architectures , Agent2Agent (A2A) frameworks, and Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) .
- Experience designing and developing conversational AI solutions, including chatbots and voicebots.
- Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- Experience integrating AI solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to have

- Experience with AI governance, security, and responsible AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of MLOps, AI platform operations, and monitoring.
- Experience in the automotive sector or other international enterprise environments.
- Exposure to multi-agent systems and advanced orchestration frameworks.

Location: 100% Remote

Schedule: 40h/week. Flexible, with reduced hours on Fridays

Language: English (C1), Spanish (B2)
