As a PLC Developer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for helping customers design the best processes, functionalities, and layouts; testing our new automation modules; and professionally establishing guidelines and frameworks for automation within the context of Element Logic’s warehouse solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Advising customers on the necessary warehouse processes during the sales phase
- Order‑specific design of new PLC modules (using Siemens S7 / TIA Portal)
- Coordinating subcontractors in the field of automation




- Drafting project specifications and clarifying interfaces with stakeholders (internal and external)
- PLC configuration and development of new features and interfaces
- Preparing the associated documentation/user 11 ptmanuals
- Designing/setting up new automation tools for monitoring our systems/applications

Your Profile
You hold a technical degree (from a university of applied sciences or a university) in electrical engineering or have completed technical training, and you prefer a position that offers a high degree of autonomy.
In Addition, You Possess The Following Qualifications
- You have extensive knowledge of PLC programming, particularly in TIA Portal and SIMATIC Manager. You are also well‑versed in bus systems and drive technology.
- You have experience in material handling and/or, ideally, with autonomous warehouse robots.
- You have a good command of German and English and are willing to travel throughout Europe.
