Experteer Overview
In this role you drive growth for a general tech brand in Barcelona by developing new business opportunities and guiding customers to cloud solutions. You will operate in a fast-paced, cross-border environment and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. The position centers on outbound outreach, pipeline building, and KPI delivery, with relocation support to start your international career. This is an international, inclusive role with a clear impact on customer enablement and revenue growth.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound campaigns
• Execute daily outbound calls and emails, including cold calling to decision-makers
• Qualify prospects and map their needs to cloud solutions
• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts
• Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in Salesforce
• Work towards individual and team KPIs, including pipeline and conversion targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a strong customer journey

Responsabilidades
• C2 Dutch level
• C1 English level
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and account management
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and solution selling
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and influence decision-makers
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
• Understanding of the DACH market, including business culture and practices
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations
