As an EHS Consultant, you will advance environmental and health and safety compliance across due diligence, audits, and planning. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to support Mu0026amp;A-related EHS assessments and ESG review work, helping clients navigate regulatory requirements and sustainability goals. You will interact directly with clients, lawyers, and regulators to shape risk-based solutions and recommendations. • Execution of Environmental and/or Health and Safety Due Diligence
• Execution of EHS compliance audits
• Execution of Hu0026S Risk Assessments and review of Hu0026S Plan
• Long-term ESG review and reporting
• Direct client and third-party interaction (negotiation, communication, problem-solving) with emphasis on teamwork
• Proposal and reporting in Spanish or English
Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in environmental due diligence and/or EHS management and sustainability services
• Experience in acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, property sales and leases
• Effective written/verbal communication and analytical skills; experience with reporting
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus
• Strong soft skills in negotiation and strategic vision
