Experteer Overview
In this role you will contribute to the Eurodrone project by providing structural design support for metallic and composite components during pre-FAL production. You will collaborate with Stress, Aerodynamics, Systems, and Production teams to deliver robust, weight-optimized solutions and resolve manufacturing design issues. You will work in a multidisciplinary, multicultural environment, contributing to a flagship European defence initiative and advancing structural methodologies for military aircraft. This is a hands-on position with significant impact on cost, performance, and safety.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and validate structural components and assemblies (metallic and composite/hybrid) with emphasis on weight, cost, performance, and safety
• Provide direct Design support to Pre-FAL production activities and resolve issues (HNCs, Concessions, DAMs)
• Interface with Stress, Systems, Aerodynamics, and Maintainability to define robust solutions
• Support Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, and Production teams and coordinate with Design suppliers




• Engage in End-to-End lifecycle design using modern methodologies and software
• Contribute to technological development within the structural discipline for advanced military aircraft projects

Responsabilidades
• Education: Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience: 3–5 years in Structural Design for metallic and composite technologies in aircraft design
• Technical knowledge: Strong background in aircraft structural design tools, End-to-End lifecycle methodologies, and interface management with Stress/Systems/Aerodynamics
• Experience resolving production/manufacturing design issues (Concessions, HNCs, DAMs)
• Languages: Advanced English (fluent written and spoken)
• Soft skills: adaptable, strong problem solver, collaborative with cross-functional teams
