About the role We are looking for an
Ecommerce Data Analyst
to join an international digital and ecommerce environment. In this role, you will play a key part in understanding customer behaviour across digital channels and transforming data into actionable insights that improve customer experience and commercial performance. You will work closely with business, product, UX, and technical teams, supporting decision-making across the ecommerce roadmap, experimentation initiatives, and customer journey optimisation efforts. This is a highly cross-functional role, adecuado for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, digital analytics tools, experimentation frameworks, and stakeholder management while helping shape data-driven decisions across multiple digital touchpoints. SQL, Tableau, Looker, GA4, A/B testing, customer behaviour analytics, and ecommerce optimisation , this could be a great fit.
What you'll do Conduct analysis using internal datasets and digital analytics tools to generate actionable insights that improve customer experience and commercial performance. Analyse customer interactions and performance across
web, mobile, email, and kiosk touchpoints , identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion. Build, update, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using
Tableau, Looker, and other visualisation tools , leveraging new and existing data sources. Review and interpret digital performance metrics, including
email marketing channel performance , to support continuous improvement initiatives. Analyse on-site and in-app customer behaviour, identifying trends, opportunities, and friction points throughout the customer journey. Collaborate closely with
UX/UI Research, Product, Business, and Technical teams
to understand user interaction patterns and inform prioritisation decisions. Support experimentation initiatives by analysing
A/B test design, execution, and results , helping drive experimentation and CRO decision-making. Support key initiatives across the
ecommerce roadmap, experimentation pipeline, and customer journey optimisation programmes . Prepare reports and present insights to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. Translate complex analytical findings into clear, structured, and actionable recommendations.
Support ad hoc analytical requests and answer business questions with robust, data-driven insights. Work with large datasets using SQL and analytical tools to uncover trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting capabilities, analytical processes, and data-driven decision-making. Communicate complex analytical topics effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Work in a fast-paced, customer-centric, and data-driven environment.
Must Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business/Data Analytics, or a related field. Minimum
2 years of experience
in Digital Analytics, Ecommerce Analytics, Data Analytics, or similar quantitative roles. Strong experience analysing large datasets and translating findings into actionable recommendations. Strong proficiency in
SQL
for querying, managing, and analysing large datasets. Hands-on experience with dashboarding and data visualisation tools such as
Tableau or Looker . Experience analysing digital platforms, customer behaviour, and online performance metrics. Experience with
UX research methodologies and/or A/B testing frameworks
in ecommerce or online sales environments. Familiarity with ecommerce and behavioural analytics tools such as
GA4 and Quantum Metric . Proven ability to transform complex data into actionable business recommendations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams. Ability to present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Comfortable working in cross-functional and fast-paced environments. English C1

Nice to Have Experience with scripting languages such as
Python or R . Experience working in ecommerce, digital products, or customer experience environments. Knowledge of customer journey analytics and behavioural analytics methodologies.
Experience collaborating with UX/UI Research teams. Experience reporting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders. Experience with experimentation platforms and optimisation initiatives. Understanding of digital marketing metrics and email performance analytics. Experience with additional BI and analytics tools. Knowledge of customer segmentation, retention analysis, personalisation initiatives, or conversion optimisation programmes.
