Persán is a multinational home care and personal care production company. We are looking for a Risk & Compliance Intern to support risk management and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Risk Management & Reporting: identify, assess, and monitor corporate risks; update the risk register; track action plans for identified risks; maintain documentation related to the risk management framework; prepare presentations for internal committees and risk review meetings; support the review of metrics and controls associated with key risks; participate in activities assessing the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Regulatory Compliance: monitor regulatory obligations and compliance requirements; review and update internal policies, procedures, and standards; conduct document reviews to verify compliance; maintain compliance records and documentation; perform public information searches using databases and open-source resources.
- Ethics Hotline & Compliance Culture:
manage the ethics hotline and log reported cases; develop awareness and internal communication materials; participate in ethics and compliance training and awareness initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Law (Master’s degree preferred).
- High level of English.
- Knowledge of Excel; experience with Power BI (valuable).
