Cloudbeds is seeking a General Director, Mid-Market Onboarding to scale onboarding for our fastest-growing mid-market customers. You will lead a distributed team, own end-to-end deployment from contract to go-live, and build scalable onboarding frameworks that balance customization with efficiency.
You will drive onboarding velocity, deployment quality, and customer satisfaction while shaping capacity planning and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Support.
