We are looking for an

AI Engineer

to join an innovative team working on next-generation

Generative AI

applications for a leading international airline group. In this role, you'll design, build, and deploy intelligent systems powered by

Large Language Models (LLMs) , helping transform the way users interact with data and AI-driven services. If you enjoy working with the latest AI technologies in a collaborative Agile environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What you'll be doing Design, develop, and maintain

LLM-powered applications

and

multi-agent AI systems . Build and optimize

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

pipelines, including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and semantic search. Implement and manage

vector databases

to enable efficient AI-powered information retrieval. Develop scalable backend services and APIs using

Python

and

FastAPI . Build and maintain

data pipelines

using tools such as Apache Airflow. Deploy and manage AI workloads on

AWS

using services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, S3, and Aurora. Evaluate and improve LLM performance through automated testing and human-in-the-loop validation. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI engineering best practices. Stay up to date with the latest trends in Generative AI and continuously explore new technologies.

What we're looking for 3–5+ years of experience in

Software Engineering , including at least 1–2 years focused on

AI/ML or Generative AI . Strong programming skills in

Python . Hands-on experience building





LLM-based applications

using frameworks such as

LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI , or similar. Solid experience designing and implementing

RAG architectures . Experience working with

LLM APIs

such as OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic, or similar. Knowledge of

vector databases

(Pinecone, OpenSearch, pgvector, or equivalent). Experience with

AWS Cloud

services. Experience with

Docker

and

Kubernetes . Familiarity with data orchestration tools such as

Apache Airflow . Experience working in

Scrum/Agile

environments. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
