At Hero, our Lean Manufacturing team is on a mission to redefine Operational Excellence across borders. You will lead the design and implementation of Lean Manufacturing strategies that drive operational excellence, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver measurable business impact

You will proactively identify improvement opportunities across operations, leading cross-functional initiatives focused on waste elimination, productivity enhancement, and value creation.

You will provide strong leadership to production teams, setting clear priorities, resolving challenges, and ensuring compliance with operational standards and company policies. Turn Data into Action
You will establish, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), transforming operational data into actionable insights that support decision-making and drive continuous performance improvement at all levels of the organization.

In addition, you will optimize workforce allocation, enhance team versatility, and simplify and standardize processes to maximize operational performance.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, production, sales,



purchasing, and other key functions to embed Lean principles across the organization. Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or similar) with strong knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
General & Collaborative Mindset
Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English (C1 level) to collaborate across borders
Experience in multinational industrial or manufacturing environments is highly valued

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into impactful decisions
You think beyond the shop floor, connecting actions to broader business strategy

Experience in the food industry or certifications in Project Management (PMP, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2) are strong advantages
