GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Head of O&M; Excellence, the O&M; Governance & Processes Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining O&M; processes, procedures, and operational standards to ensure consistency, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment across assets, regions, and corporate functions.

The role will work cross-functionally with Operations, Asset Integrity, Asset Management, HSE and external contractors, contributing to operational excellence and the scalability of the company’s O&M; model. The idóneo candidate has a strong analytical and process-structuring capabilities with experience in aligning procedures and digital maintenance tools and  ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.

OW has 2.5 gigawatts of projects in operation or awarded across 4 countries (Portugal, Scotland, France,



Poland) and we are growing.

Ensure alignment between procedures and digital maintenance tools.
Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Naval Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent) is preferred.
~ 5+ years of experience in industrial O&M;, renewable energy, or offshore operations.
~ Technical writing and document management skills.
Understanding of HSE and offshore operational standards.
The company has an international team of employees, and the working language is English. Candidates need to be fluent in English both spoken and written. Travel to project and OEM sites may be required.
