We are currently looking for an Application Responsible / System Architect (Java & Actico Rules) to join an international banking project with Julius Baer , one of the world's leading Swiss private banking groups.

This role combines application ownership, operational excellence, and system architecture , ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous evolution of a key banking application. Take end-to-end responsibility for the assigned application, ensuring availability, stability, performance, and lifecycle management.
Perform application health checks, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
Ensure all solutions comply with enterprise architecture principles, security baselines, cloud-first strategies, and integration standards.
Contribute to target architecture design, including modularization, API enablement, observability, and cloud migration initiatives.
Promote the reuse of shared enterprise services such as identity management, logging, monitoring, and alerting.
Participate in Agile delivery and contribute to technical planning and solution design.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
✔ Experience supporting enterprise applications,



ideally within the banking or financial services industry.
✔ Hands-on experience with Java application development and system engineering.
✔ Experience working with Oracle Database and SQL.
✔ Experience with application monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
✔ Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, including web services, messaging, and file transfer.
✔ Experience using Git for source control and Jira for issue tracking.
✔ Good understanding of enterprise architecture principles and secure software design.
✔ Good English communication skills (minimum B2).
