Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead Human Resources and Administration for our operations in Spain. This role will shape HR strategy, strengthen organizational capability, and support business growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

Lead the local HR & Administration team

Drive organizational planning, workforce development, and talent initiatives

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage full-cycle recruitment for local & regional roles

Build talent pipelines and enhance employer branding

Ensure a high-quality candidate experience

Compensation, Payroll & Compliance

Oversee payroll processes

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies

Manage HR documentation, audits, and policy updates

Employee Relations & Culture

Handle employee relations, performance issues, and conflict management

Support employee engagement and communication programs

Promote a healthy,



positive, high-performance culture

Administration & Office Management

Oversee office management, ESH, and workplace services

Manage transportation, accommodation, canteen, and other admin functions

Ensure smooth, efficient administrative operations

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree or above

Minimum 5 years of HR & administration experience

Proven HR leadership experience in multinational or fast-growing environments

Experience in manufacturing/automotive/electronics is a plus

Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal & written English

Strong strategic thinking and planning ability

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
