R&D; Technician

Are you passionate about innovation and hands-on lab work? Join our dynamic Research & Innovation team as an R&D; Technician, where you’ll play a key role in developing and testing cutting-edge packaging coatings for the food, caps & closures, and B&B; markets.

About the role

- Champion Safety: Maintain a clean, safe lab environment and follow all safety protocols.
- Hands-On Formulation: Prepare, apply, and test coatings to meet customer and commercial needs.
- Plan & Execute: Organize your daily/weekly lab work with guidance from senior team members.
- Analyze & Report: Record results accurately, analyze data, and make recommendations based on your findings.
- Grow your Expertise:



Deepen your knowledge of coating chemistry and formulation techniques.

About you

- A postgraduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on lab experience.
- Strong practical skills and a methodical approach to lab work.
- Good command of English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of paints and coatings is a plus!
- Availability to travel internationally during the training period is required
- Personal vehicle to access the Site (in an industrial area)
