About the role

Nebeus is looking to appoint an experienced Non-Executive Board Member with a strong background in Technology, Information Security and IT Governance to join its Board of Directors.

This is a Board position only. It is not an operational or executive role!

Profile

We are looking for a highly experienced senior executive with a proven track record in one or more of the following positions:

- Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
- Chief Information Officer (CIO)
- Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
- Technology Director
- Senior IT or Cybersecurity Executive

Requirements
- 7+ years of senior leadership experience in technology and/or information security.
- Extensive knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity,



operational resilience and technology risk management.
- Experience working within regulated financial institutions, fintech, banking or digital assets is highly desirable.
- Previous Board or Board Committee experience would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance to the Board on technology and cybersecurity matters.
- Challenge and oversee technology-related risks from a governance perspective.
- Support the Board in ensuring robust technology governance and operational resilience.
- Participate in Board meetings and contribute to key strategic decisions. xkdbapo
