Experteer Overview
In this role you drive efficiency and quality in a continuous production environment using TPM methods. You work with production, engineering, and quality teams to implement improvements, analyze data, and coach colleagues. You will lead or support improvement discussions and deliver small projects that reapply gains. This position is embedded in a multidisciplinary team focused on safe, reliable, and optimized operations. You join a global packaging leader that emphasizes safety, collaboration, and sustainable impact.

• 2-3 years in a similar Continuous Process Industry or Food
• Advanced English (B2)
