Full-time or Part-time A well-established, GP-owned medical centre in Frankston South is seeking a Vocationally Registered GP to join their supportive and high-performing team. This is an excellent long-term opportunity in a non-corporate environment with strong patient demand and outstanding earning potential.

- DPA position – suitable for doctors under moratorium

The Role

- Full-time or Part-time opportunity

- Initial commitment of 2–3 days per week,or full time





- Mixed billing practice with plans to transition to universal bulk billing to support patient growth

- Consistent and growing patient demand:
- Approximately 60 new patients per month

- 4–5 patients per hour

- Average billings around $360 per consulting hour (range $276–$480)

- Loyal, multi-generational patient base

Remuneration

- 70% of billings

- Initial income guarantee:
- 90% of billings or $180 per hour for the first 3 months (whichever is higher)

Requirements

- FRACGP (or equivalent)

- Current AHPRA registration

- Applicants must currently reside in Australia

- Seeking doctors interested in a long-term role
