We are looking for Enterprise Renewal Representativesfor an important software company located in Barcelona.Responsabilities: Execute End to End Renewal Motions: Independentlyown and execute full renewal workflows across assigned Accounts.Close Renewals: Defend the existing customer base by drivingtimely, accurate renewal execution with minimal guidance. CustomerProcurement Interaction: Work directly with customer procurementteams to ensure renewal execution and accuracy. Provide mentorshipto less experienced colleagues as appropriate. Monitor Auto RenewalStatus: Monitor account auto renewal settings and intervene whenauto renewals are disabled to prevent churn, applying data analysisand judgment. Drive and Close Seat Expansions: Identify and closeseat expansion opportunities (additional users across buyers,business units, divisions, or personas) at time of renewal usingstandard playbooks and creative approaches. Requirements: 1–4 yearsof experience in renewals, inside sales, account management, orcustomer success, preferably in a software or Saa S environment.English is required.



Demonstrated ability to independently managehigh volume renewal cycles. Strong communication and negotiationskills with the ability to influence customer outcomes. Experienceusing CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecasts, and renewalworkflows. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritizeacross multiple renewal motions.
