The Control Engineer I supports the maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of manufacturing automation and control systems to ensure safe, stable, and capable production processes. This role is responsible for executing automation solutions under established engineering standards,supportingoperationalneeds,documentingtechnicalchanges,andescalatingriskswhennecessary. Thepositionprovidesastrongfoundationfordevelopingexpertiseinindustrialautomationwithinamanufacturingenvironment. About Your Role Troubleshootandresolveissuesrelatedto PLCs, HMIs,sensors,actuators,variablefrequencydrives,servosystems,industrialnetworks,andmachinevisionsystems. Implementlow-tomedium-complexitymodificationstocontrollogic,machineinterfaces,andprocessparameterswhilefollowingvalidationandchangemanagementprocedures. Supportinitiativesfocusedonreducingscrap,improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE),implementingpoka-yokes,enhancingtraceability,andcontrollingcriticalprocessparameters. Createandmaintainbackups,parameterlists,electricaldiagrams,workinstructions,operationmanuals,andmaintenancerecords. Participateinrootcauseanalysisactivitiesandexecutecorrectiveactionswhileverifyingtheireffectiveness. Providetechnicalsupportto Productionand Maintenanceteams,prioritizingsafety,quality,andefficientprocessrecovery. Ensurecompliancewithsafetyrequirements,
