QA Automation Engineer / SDET - Barcelona / Freelance For one of our top clients in Barcelona, we are looking for a QA Automation Engineer / SDET to join a short-term project focused on developing and maintaining a Component Library. Required Skills2-3+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer / SDETStrong experience with Playwright (E2 E testing)Solid background in Java Script and Type Script development Experience designing and maintaining testing frameworks Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality Experience working as the sole QA within a team/project Knowledge of testing modern web applications (frontend)Nice to Have Skills Previous experience as a Frontend Developer Knowledge of React and/or Angular Experience with component-based architectures and design systems Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, etc.)API testing experience Knowledge of testing patterns (POM, fixtures, etc.)Experience debugging flaky tests Position Details Location: Barcelona Start Date: ASAPInterview Process: 2 interviews Contract:
