The Role
We are looking for a FoodTech Project Coordinator to support international projects and coordinate communication between technical, product-development, and commercial teams.
This is a remote position suited to someone who enjoys working in an innovative environment and is comfortable communicating with international clients and colleagues in English.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects from initial concept through development and implementation.
- Organize timelines, meetings, documentation, and project updates.
- Communicate with clients and external partners in English.
- Work closely with food technologists, engineers, and product-development teams.
- Track project milestones and identify potential delays or issues.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation.
- Support international customer and partner communications.
- Help ensure projects remain aligned with technical and commercial objectives.
Requirements
- Professional working proficiency in English required.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in project coordination, operations, FoodTech, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working with international teams and clients.
Nice to Have
- Experience in FoodTech, food manufacturing, biotechnology, or industrial technology.
- Familiarity with product development or industrial processes.
- Spanish language skills.
- Experience working with international customers or B2B projects.
