Find out more here: Descripción SUMMARYThe FP&A; Analysis and Insights Ops Team provides excellent service as Business partners of the Finance Representatives and the Business in Continental Europe, Middle East and Africa, offering analysis of financial and operational data & KPIs, providing transparency of the financial data and identifying opportunities to improve business processes and decisions. Responsible for the financial planning process within the Ops Area.



The role requires a person who will live by the Page Group values of earn trust, grow connections and make a difference. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the development and enhancement of the Group FP&A; strategy Business partnering: Build strong relationships with stakeholders in Operations & Finance. Financial and Operational Analysis focused on business performance and growth. Prepare and present Business cases to senior stakeholders: offer insights & provide ad-hoc analysis to influence/facilitate decisions. Work on regional or group wide projects, as appropriate Identify process improvements and opportunities Standard analysis: monthly and quarterly business performance analysis Owner of the Budget/Forecast process (Ops streams) Deviation analysis: Actuals vs Budget/Forecast Variances (Ops streams)Become a super-user of the Power BI reporting, including delivering user training and scoping and testing enhancements to meet business needs Perform UATs to ensure improving data consistency and reports. Experience of working at least 5 years in an FP&A; department (preferably multi-national business). Strong Excel, Power Point, and financial modelling skills. Power BI knowledge would be beneficial.
