Experteer Overview As a Senior Software Engineer - Operations, you will build resilient systems to accelerate the Add-ons review and operations workflow. You’ll partner with engineers, reviewers, developer relations, and leadership to turn ideas into polished features and modernize the platform. Your work will improve reliability, observability, security, and incident response that reach millions of users. This role combines open collaboration with impact on Firefox add-ons via Dev Hub, Reviewer tools, and automated moderation pipelines.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Deliver major features and architectural improvements across the Add-ons stack (including automated moderation pipelines, Reviewer tools, and Dev Hub)
- Create robust observability systems and data-backed insights
- Provide peer feedback and help others grow
- Improve platform reliability through deployments, monitoring, and incident response
- Help keep the platform safe and trustworthy with focus on security and user trust
- Resolve issues impacting users and developers, from small bugs to larger incidents

- Work on full stack development (React/Type Script frontends, Django backend, My SQL datastore)
- Platform reliability on Google Cloud (deployments, monitoring, incident response)
- Feature development (submission flows, trust and safety signals, Dev Hub and Reviewer tools modernization)
- Ecosystem moderation (abuse report management, policy compliance, ecosystem safety)
