You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable Android solutions that enhance customer experience, reliability, and operational excellence across multiple regions and brands. Responsibilities Your mission includes: Leading an established Android engineering team, guiding day-to-day development and long-term growth. Taking ownership of technical decisions while fostering collaborative problem-solving. Ensuring code quality, testing standards, engineering best practices and overall performance. Driving the execution of product increments in short, value-focused iterations. Maintaining a high-reliability, low-latency, high-throughput system used in 60+ countries across the company brands. Providing technical direction together with Product, designing scalable and feasible solutions aligned with business needs. Managing and monitoring team metrics and KPIs,



ensuring visibility and proactive alerting. Delivering technical support for solutions that are reliable, cost-effective, and scalable. Requirements What you bring: Minimum 1 year of experience leading engineering teams. Passion for mentoring, coaching and supporting engineers in their growth. Strong technical expertise in Android development, with solid knowledge of core concepts, architecture patterns and scalable mobile design. Clear, structured communication skills with the ability to write solid technical documentation / RFCs. Professional experience with Kotlin, and with monitoring and reporting tools such as Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, etc. Ability to build dashboards from multiple data sources (JIRA, Big Query, etc.) and take data-driven decisions.
