The infrastructure that you will work with supports hundreds of deployments everyday including: Git Ops-first deployment approach on on-premise Kubernetes clusters handling more than 40 million requests per minute Bare-metal infrastructure distributed across multiple datacenters in different geographies and providers Elasticsearch cluster with an ingest rate of 6 TB/day at a pace of 100k requests/s Dockerized Jenkins pipelines with a controller/agent architecture Multi-CDN infrastructure managed with Ansible and Terraform to enable multi-tenancy AWS and GCP cloud infrastructure managed following Ia C best practices Centralized observability stack (Prometheus + Grafana) across the whole bare-metal and Kubernetes fleet Heterogeneous high-traffic database clusters (Mongo DB, Click House, Key DB, My SQL, among others)The role: As a Sys Ops Engineer, you'll help keep our on-premise infrastructure running smoothly. Working alongside our Sys Ops team, you'll support the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and automation of our systems, with a particular focus on providing on-call support to keep things available and healthy around the clock. It's a hands-on role where you'll learn from senior engineers and grow your skills across automation,



databases, and infrastructure. This is what you'll do: Automation and Configuration: Work with and help maintain our Ansible playbooks and roles, and learn to write your own. Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Help ensure consistent configuration and deployment of infrastructure components. Database Support: Help monitor and maintain our database clusters (Mongo DB, Click House, Key DB, My SQL, and others) under the guidance of senior team members. Keep an eye on database performance and flag issues that affect availability and reliability. Monitoring and Performance: Use our monitoring tools to keep an eye on the health and performance of the infrastructure. Help identify performance issues and work with the team to resolve them. Collaboration and Support: Work with development teams to support CI/CD processes. Provide operational support and help troubleshoot infrastructure issues. Participate in on-call rotations to support 24/7 availability (1 week on, 1 week off)This is you: At least 1 year of work experience in a technical operations, infrastructure, or systems role Some exposure to infrastructure automation, ideally with Ansible, and an interest in writing clean, maintainable code Comfortable writing basic scripts in a language like Bash or Python Familiar with version control (Git) and an interest in CI/CD and deployment tooling Solution-oriented and motivated by technical challenges Curious about the open-source world,
