The role serves as the primary commercial lead for designated key accounts across Spain and the Iberia region, in full coordination with the internal organisation to deliver sustainable growth and exceptional customer experience, ensuring the successful execution of our client's fragrance strategy.
Direct report to Commercial Director .Location: Ideally Murcia, with Barcelona also considered.
Travel will be primarily within Spain and the Iberia regio n.Key Responsibilit ies Develop and execute account plans for assigned customers across the Iberia regi on.
Build long-term relationships with senior procurement, marketing, innovation and R&D; stakeholders within designated accoun ts.
Identify business opportunities across all fragrance categories, including Fine Fragrances,



Personal Care and Home Ca re.
Ensure alignment between customer strategies and company growth objectiv es.
Deliver annual sales, gross margin and profitability targe ts.
Generate new business opportunities across existing and new customer divisio ns.
Drive project conversion from brief to commercialisati on.
Expand customer share of wallet within the Iberian mark et.
Increase customer penetration through strategic project pipelines and new category xqbhyrx developme nt.Qualifications & Experi ence Degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fi eld.
Minimum 5 years' experience within the Fragrance sec tor.
Languages: English and Spanish essent ial.
Proven track record managing key or strategic accou nts.
Strong commercial negotiation and relationship-building ski lls.
Experience working in a matrix environm ent.
Excellent business and financial acu men.
