In this Senior Principal role, you help translate client strategy into actionable organizational design, operating models, and governance to enable sustainable transformation. You will lead cross-functional teams on complex, multinational engagements and coach senior client leaders to champion change. You’ll shape large-scale programs that align people, structure, and processes with strategic goals, delivering measurable impact for clients. This is a chance to drive meaningful transformation within a global consulting practice and collaborate with senior leadership.

Responsabilidades
• 7-10+ years in consultancy or client HR/OD in large, complex settings
• Experience leading large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation in multinational organizations xqbhyrx
• Strong change management experience and team leadership
• Track record of winning new business and nurturing existing accounts in transformation topics
• Broad business acumen with experience advising senior executives
• Technical depth in change management, transformation, strategy development, or organizational design
• Analytical use of data in large-scale interventions
• Financial literacy
• Experience across countries/geographies in complex workstreams
• Industry exposure in Financial Services, Industrial, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Technology, or Public Services
