Your Tasks
Development Leadership
Lead development in C# plugins and custom extensions
Conduct deep code reviews and enforce coding standards
Implement solution layering and environment strategies aligned with architectural guidelines
Support and enforce governance frameworks defined by architecture and platform strategy
Integration & Performance Oversight
DevOps & Release Management
Team Leadership
What We Are Looking For
Several years of professional CRM development experience




Multiple years of hands-on Dynamics 365 & Dataverse expertise
Deep understanding of integration patterns and Azure-based services
Understanding of scalable enterprise application design
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in logistics or operationally complex industries is a plus
