As Communications Manager for Spain, you will lead the country’s communications strategy across PR, social, influence, experiential, and branded content to support sales and business goals. You will manage in-country agencies, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and act as a TJX ambassador. Your work shapes Spain’s brand presence, consumer engagement, and market communications while staying aligned with European standards. This role offers scope to influence brand storytelling in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Strategically lead and activate country communications plans to boost brand awareness, education, and footfall in line with business goals
• Manage in-country agency partners to deliver market communications
• Oversee Spanish consumer social media accounts and content calendars, aligning with European strategy
• Drive brand love and advocacy through influencer collaborations and long-term market partnerships
• Collaborate with internal teams and regional stakeholders to ensure Europe-wide alignment at a local level
• Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge in Spain and Europe to inform strategy
• Manage annual TK Maxx communications budget including PO management and budgeting
• Deliver and measure communications across in-country marketing disciplines within a European framework
• Identify commercially led communications opportunities with key Spanish business partners
• Plan store opening marketing communications to support launch and ongoing activity
• Lead reporting and insights to optimize best practices across communications




• Develop and activate corporate responsibility communications for Spain with marketing functions and charity partner
• Define and manage efficient communications processes with the Marketing Spain team and wider European CR function
• Deputise for the Marketing Spain Manager when required and cascade information
• Monitor and forecast the communications budget, anticipating challenges or opportunities
Responsabilidades
• Fluent in English with excellent writing and presenting skills
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in creating and delivering a communications strategy (PR, social, influence)
• Experience leading teams or agencies to deliver tactics
• Solid project management and stakeholder influence skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs
• Experience with social media and influencer measurement tools
• Strategic thinker able to connect dots and anticipate issues
• Up-to-date knowledge of xqbhyrx trends in communications
• Experience with consumer brands, preferably international
• Spain market knowledge and ability to work across cultures
• Strong written/verbal communication and content creation across channels
• Strong storytelling, numeracy, and commercial mindset with KPI-driven results
• Ability to plan and meet tight deadlines, attention to detail
• Team player with relationship-building skills
• Diplomatic and credible in challenging thinking while maintaining trust
• Resilient, proactive, curious, and comfortable in evolving retail environments
• Willing to travel ~20% for store openings, events, and pan-European meetings
